Purpose

These terms of service govern the use of the WellFirst website and, eventually, the WellFirst application, both published by WellFirst. By using the site or the application, you accept these terms without reservation.

Current stage of the service

The WellFirst application is under development and not yet available. The website only allows you to join a waitlist to be notified at launch. No account, check-in, or Score is available at this stage.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and carries no obligation. You may request removal at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Description of the service, once launched

Once launched, the WellFirst application will allow you to complete a daily check-in and view a synthetic Score. The service will be provided for informational purposes and will not constitute medical advice.

Eligibility

The site and application are available to anyone aged 16 or over. Use by minors under 16 will require the consent of their legal guardian.

Use

You agree to use the site and application in accordance with their intended purpose and not to:

Use them for unlawful purposes
Attempt to bypass security measures
Reproduce, distribute, or exploit their content without authorization
Disrupt their operation

Medical disclaimer

WellFirst does not replace a healthcare professional. The Score and indicators provided will be trend data, not diagnoses. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional.

Subscriptions and payments, once launched

Application subscriptions will be managed via RevenueCat and billed directly by Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store depending on your device. WellFirst does not collect or store any payment card data.

Service availability

We strive to ensure continuous availability of the site but make no guarantee of uptime. We reserve the right to interrupt the service for maintenance without notice.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes by email or via in-app notification once the application has launched.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
