Understanding your Score
What is the Score?
Your WellFirst Score is a number between 0 and 100 that summarizes how you're feeling today in a single figure. The higher it is, the better you feel.
How it's calculated
It's calculated from your daily check-in — the short set of questions you fill in each morning. A complete check-in produces a Score. An incomplete one does not.
The 4 pillars
Your Score breaks down into 4 pillars. Each one measures a dimension of how you're doing:
Sleep
Duration and quality of your sleep, how you feel upon waking.
Activity & body
Physical activity, intensity, and any pain or discomfort.
Nutrition & hydration
Water intake, adherence to coaching advice, eating habits.
Context
Disrupted habits, exceptional events.
Reading your trend
The Score alone gives you a snapshot of the day. The trend shows how it evolves over time.
Observation windows
You can view your Score over the last 7 days or the last 30 days. The curve shows whether you're stable, improving, or declining.
Missed days
Missed days (days without a complete check-in) appear as gaps in the curve — they are never interpolated or guessed.
Missing Score
If no Score is shown for a given day, it means you didn't submit a complete check-in that day. The Score cannot be calculated without complete responses.
What's next?
Your Score isn't a grade. It's an observation tool. By tracking it daily, you identify patterns: what helps you feel good, what holds you back, and how you evolve over time.
